Easy recital pieces (marches and folk songs) for two or three trumpets and piano, especially suitable for beginners. The mini-marches and folk songs, accompanied by a simple rhythmic piano part, are excellent for starting out. They begin with small intervals in the form of long tones which help to teach clarity of tone and build up endurance.
The Caprioles allow the soloistic originality of the individual players to develop while at the same time training precise ensemble playing in the form of canons. Marches with a bass solo or trio demand a bit more endurance. Three recital pieces for three trumpets solo extend the purity of tone taught in the duos. Includes piano score and one pull-out section with all of the trumpet parts.
